How's this for a "backyard view"???? One of the great perks of living in beautiful Northwest Wyoming is having Yellowstone National Park only a short drive from home! Cindy Kramer, broker-owner of Shoshone Land Brokerage, is shown above in front of Old Faithful Geyser. Perhaps because Cindy hasn't lived here her entire life, she has an even greater appreciation of the area than some of the 'natives'. Cindy has called Wyoming home since the mid-1980's. She started the first Bed & Breakfast in the state. Her business was awarded the "Inn of the Week" by "Bed and Breakfast USA and Canada", and her business has been featured in many national and international magazines and newspapers. Cindy has been involved in many volunteer positions: as Executive Board Member of the Cody Chamber of Commerce, Board Chair of the Cody Main Street Project, she chaired the Bed Tax Incentive, was a Charter Board Member of the Wyoming Homestay Outdoor Adventure, Board member of the Wyoming Hotel/Motel Association, and State of Wyoming Liaison to the Northwest Wyoming Film Commissioner. Cindy's career in real estate started in the mid 1970's, when she was a senior escrow officer and marketing director of several escrow companies. This, combined with many years as an agent, and her professional photography background, makes Cindy uniquely qualified to market properties. She is also experienced in video productions and wrote, produced and directed a video in conjunction with the University of Wyoming on "Managing a Country Inn the Bed and Breakfast Way" - a video on Bed and Breakfast operations. Cindy took over Shoshone Land Brokerage upon the passing of her dear friend and broker, Sherri Graves. She is continuing to offer the service, honesty and dedication that has become synonymous with Shoshone Land Brokerage.
